Quite a decent portion. Ordered at 5:10 pm for 6:15 pm - delivered to the minute. There is nothing negative to say. Tasty, sumptuous, on time. The staff tries very hard - keep it up!
Very tasty food, a generous portion. The fries were still crisp although they were delivered and will probably be more often when I'm at work.
Nice restaurant, attentive and friendly staff and the food was delicious. We will be back.
Very nice staff. We were there for the first, but not the last, either. Everyone loved their food. Personally, I can currently only rate and absolutely recommend the Bifteki. I think these nice operators should be given a chance. We wish you every success in any case.
The food was great and there is nothing to complain about. Service could be a bit brisk but it doesn't reduce the rating
I love Greek food ... and this is one of the best restaurants I've been to in the last few years. Particularly noteworthy: - Easily accessible on foot - Food is really delicious (I get hungry while writing) - the Hercules platter is a must for meat fans - Service is quick and attentive - Prices are reasonable and I even find it cheap in relation to other restaurants. - There are enough parking spaces - The outside area is great What bothered me a little (but speaks for the restaurant :)) ... it is unfortunately almost always full in summer, so you should reserve in advance by phone. The destination in summer is also a great location by bike ...
Delicious typical Greek restaurant. Nice staff, good food at fair prices. At Corona time in the beer garden enough space to keep a suitable distance. The inside area also looks appealing at first glance. Gladly again!
Very nice service, food arrived in a reasonable time, the portions were large and so delicious! And in terms of price also completely okay. We would love to come back! We definitely cannot confirm the bad reviews here.
First of all, the good, friendly service, quick acceptance of orders, no long waiting times, neither for drinks nor for the food. Now to the criticism: We have never eaten such a bad tzatziki, only tasted like mayonnaise, no trace of the good Greek yogurt. Why are there dyes in there, inexplicable? I guess it came from wholesalers. The gratinated dishes were lost because cheap slices were used instead of sheep's cheese or Emmentaler. Too bad. French fries unfortunately very oil-soaked. With the Bifteki, the baker has triumphed over the butcher. It's a shame, there is another way. But still again a compliment to the nice service, now the kitchen has to follow suit, because Greek food is much better with simple ingredients.
It's nice to sit in the beer garden, unfortunately the wasps are a bit annoying at the moment. The food tastes a little different from what you usually find in Greek restaurants, but good, the prices are moderate and the service is very friendly. Unfortunately the playground is currently not usable.
Good food as far as the meat goes. The side dishes weren't the world. The hygiene rules were also not observed.
We went there for dinner for the first time today. And we have to say, all the bad reviews, no idea where you get them. The food .. Great, spiced really well, and the service very nice and super friendly. The hygiene regulations were also absolutely implemented. Everything according to regulations. People, before you just go here for reviews from people who are just looking for something to do badly, go and try it yourself. Make your own picture of everything. We'll be back in any case. The Wagners
The fries are good, but there are almost no vegetarian options, so a development would be nice. The Greek salad is, in my opinion, too expensive for the fact that it consists only of tomatoes, cucumber, sheep cheese and onions and is about the size of a side salad in a large plate. The staff was very, very friendly and good. People who eat meat would certainly give it 5 stars.
The beer garden is really nice and you can sit here very nicely. Unfortunately, the food couldn't convince us. The meat from the grill plate was very dry, the fried potatoes were just frozen chips and the bifteki was served with a strange glassy sauce.
The mood in the beer garden is great. The rice tasted less to me. For that I will take a flatbread next time. That looked delicious. The time between the main course and the dessert seemed long to me. That was probably also because I was alone. The dessert was freshly prepared and really tasty. Also on my request to get more Tzaziki to the Athenplatte would be followed immediately without extra charge. Was a good first visit.
Good Service, Food was also good, Beergarden was full but was able to get a table. I'll definitely will be back
There it is now the new Pharos restaurant. We had a little time to eat here and were amazed by the different reviews so far. Either bad or good. We have to get our own picture ... When we arrived shortly after 5 p.m. a table outside was already occupied. We were greeted warmly and were allowed to choose a table. The outdoor furniture is completely new and the facility has also been partially redesigned. The large fountain in the middle spreads Greek flair. The menu came with the Corona registration forms and the drinks were promptly added. Unfortunately here comes the first point of criticism and the reason for an asterisk less at the end. The waitress informed us that the refrigerators for the drinks had failed and brought back a bowl of ice cubes. I would like to have received this information before ordering and not only when the warm beer is on the table. I didn't want to let it go back either, it was still a bit cool. The service technician with his emergency car for the cooling system was already in the parking lot, so fate was no excuse. After the meal had started, the side salad came fresh about 10 minutes later (fresh but somewhat unloving) and after another 10 minutes the main course. There was a gyro plate and a hand plate. The dishes were properly arranged and large. The french fries were crispy and sprinkled with french fries. The gyro was delicious, not grilled and still juicy. The tzaziki was also good. The meat at the Zeusteller was also well grilled and nice and juicy. For me, a bit of spice or salt was missing here. Conclusion: The food is optically and qualitatively fine and tastes good. The waiting times were very short, but it wasn't that busy. When we left 5 tables were occupied The service staff (three women, one man) were on the ball and adhered to the hygiene measures. The bad reviews were certainly a snapshot and I blame it on starting difficulties like the broken cooling system today. There is room for improvement and we will look at it again in a few weeks and reevaluate it if necessary. Everyone should of course form their own opinion and fortunately, tastes are different. The ouzo on the house was of course also warm :-)
I was eating there with a couple of colleagues. The service was very, very bad. Ordered a cola and she brings cider. French fries looked very mashed and didn't taste good! Left an extra € 2 tip because I wanted to see if she thanked her, but she took the money and ran away, not even a bye! We'll never come back!
Service and food were good. We sat inside due to the weather. Due to the strong wind, kitchen haze was apparently carried into the dining room, hope this is not the case next time. The cutlery caught my eye. Think it was very cheap to buy, very thin and angular.
We have now been sitting in the pretty outdoor area for 2.5 hours and are still waiting for our food. Other guests felt the same !! Unacceptable! P.S. Food came in stages, it was tasty.
Food very very tasty prices great and wonderful we will be back.
